We have implemented the following procedures based on guidelines provided to us by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

 

·      Stocking the dealership with soap, alcohol-based sanitizers, and sanitary wipes

·      Increasing the frequency of surface cleaning and disinfecting within the dealership

·      Posting additional safety guides for proper hand-washing techniques

·      Requesting that our personnel temporarily refrain from shaking hands and follow all social distancing guidelines

·      Implementing procedures that encourage personnel to stay home if they are feeling unwell in any way

·      Ascertaining that our vendors and suppliers are engaging in prudent preventive measures and

·      Doing all we can to keep our employees abreast of COVID-19 developments.

 

Service Clients:

We are arranging curbside service so that you will be able to drop off your vehicle, pickup a service loaner and then pickup your finished vehicle without ever coming into the center. Please make sure to mention this when you set your appointment.


Everyone who touches both your vehicle and your loaner will be wearing Personal Protective Equipment. They will spray down the steering wheel, center console and door handles before we work on the vehicle and before we return it to you as well.


Sales:

In keeping with the mandate by Governor Wolf, our Sales showroom is currently closed. However, our Motoring Advisors are available over the phone or online to help you with all of your new and pre-owned vehicle needs.


We will be offering Live Virtual Walk Arounds through your mobile device as well as at-home test drives using the same sanitizing protocol as our Service Team.


If you feel more comfortable working with us from the comfort of your home, we encourage you to use our website to view our new and used inventory and we can support your needs remotely. This includes scheduling and coordinating test drives remotely as well as continuing to provide pickup and delivery of service vehicles.

 

We are monitoring this situation closely and, out of respect for your time, will make sure that you are notified immediately if anything changes.
